MY FIRST BLOG!

Is there such a thing as "TRUE FREEDOM"? This is my first blog post on my new blog web site this day, 24 March 2022. Did the founding fathers of our country believe that? I really think they did. They desired freedom from oppression, freedom of religious expression, freedom from taxation without representation and freedom to be different in a world that is teaching us what TO think in order to fit in with the crowd and who we are to be so others aren't offended.

I must say that I do NOT agree with what society is trying to sell the American public because I believe our differences are what unite us as Americans, they should not divide us. Each of us has a "YOU"niqueness about us that no one else has, a special gift and a calling to serve our fellow man, no matter what. That is why I "volunteered" to join the Air Force in 1971, fresh out of high school and a very impressionable young man.

Since my service time, I am not as impressionable as I was when I was a teenager who found himself in the middle of a conflict situation. Now I have seen things that were not tolerated when I was in but I do believe that this is a time of change, a time of hope and a time of encouragement. The years of the new millennium have left many deprived of a sense of belonging, while others have been and still are living in isolation, loneliness and fear due to PTSD stressors in their lives.

Let me be clear on a few things, I believe in GOD, I believe in our differences and our freedoms of life, LIBERTY and happiness which are NOT bestowed on us by men, but by GOD and HIM alone!

If you read this and suffer from PTSD, know you are NOT alone, I am beside you and will be there when you need me. I have seen the white elephant in Thailand on October 3, 1972, so if you want to become enlightened in the ways of PTSD in the positive way, all you have to do is contact me!
